As a small balloon decorating business we’d had a website for three years, but it was looking tired & cost too much to maintain.
Marcus was recommended to us & he created a fresh, colourful website which we’re really pleased with. It’s not state-of-the-art because Marcus listened to what we needed – a simple layout with endless photos. Our customers don’t want artistic special effects, they want to find lots of ideas & see exactly what they’re paying for.
Weddings are the most popular type of event we do, & customers are anxious to get it absolutely right for their special day. Since the new website went live we’ve had so many compliments about how accessible it is, & how well all the photos are displayed.
In addition, Marcus has taught us (with great patience) to run our own website & change the content ourselves, & he still lets us pick his brains if we get stuck! To sum it up, we had excellent personal service, that was always relevant to our needs. It was very competitively priced & worth every penny.
